The Simi Valley Friends of the Library will host its annual Vintage Book Sale from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., Oct. 1 in the Simi Valley Library community room, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley.

Items to be sold include first editions dating to the late 1800s, classics, signed editions, children’s books, magazines, record albums and reference books from the early 1900s.

Proceeds benefit the Simi Valley Public Library and its programs.
