Pat Helton was honored at the PSTA service awards on June 7, held at Eric’s Restaurant in Newbury Park. Helton received the ‘Very Special Person Award’ for her service to the students at Colina Middle School in the form of a donation of a telecommunication system valued at $10,000. Helton’s donation will greatly assist both parents and students.

Helton also presented Mr. Waters, the principal, a check for $1,000 at the luncheon as part of an ongoing fundraising effort. So far Helton has raised $4,000 for Colina Middle School.

Helton is a former teacher and holds a master of science degree. She has been a leader in real estate sales in the Conejo Valley since 1985 and has been the no. 1 agent in the Conejo Valley Regional office for the past 18 years.
