 RIDING INTO THE SUNSET—Troop K, 1st U.S. Cavalry charges onto the Reagan Library
south lawn during a “mounted charge” reenactment for the new Lt. Ronald Reagan and the U.S.
Cavalry exhibit last week. The program featured Lt. Colonel Ed Ramsey, 26th Cavalry Regiment,
who led the very last horse-mounted cavalry charge in U.S. history in January 1942.
