The Ventura County Public Health Department will provide free comprehensive health assessments by appointment only to adults age 55 and up from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mon., June 20 at the Goebel Senior Adult Center, 1385 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks.

A public health nurse will give the assessments and assist in developing a personal health plan with participants.
