The total loss was $2,300 when a vehicle was burglarized between 3 p.m. April 21 and 6:40 a.m. April 24 in the 100 block of Easy Street.

At 6:30 p.m. April 24 at Mervyn’s department store in the 2800 block of East Cochran Street, police arrested someone for grand theft.

The total loss was $550 when a vehicle was burglarized at 5:30 a.m. April 23 in the 3500 block of Brannan Street.

Between 6:45 and 7:10 p.m. April 23 at Blockbuster Video in the 2000 block of First Street, a thief stole 25 DVDs. The loss was $500.

A suspect committed assault with a deadly weapon at 1:30 a.m. April 23 in the 4820 block of Alamo Street.

The loss was $1,436 when a Gameboy game system, a digital camera, jewelry, a handgun and other items were stolen between 7:45 and 8:10 a.m. April 22 in the 1200 block of Plum Avenue.

A thief stole a pair of $50 binoculars between 6 and 6:30 p.m. April 22 at Wal-Mart in the 200 block of Cochran Street.

On April 21 in the 1800 block of Cochran Street, police arrested a suspect for burglary.

Someone was arrested for vandalism at 11:30 p.m. April 20 in the 3300 block of Manorgate Place.

Between April 20 and April 26, the following items were reported in the community: five incidents of driving under the influence, five incidents of possession of a controlled substance or narcotics device, four incidents of possession of a deadly weapon, one incident of illegal drug intoxication and one incident of public intoxication.
