Calvary Chapel moves to new locality
2005-05-06 / Faith
Calvary Chapel has moved to a new location at 1636 Sinaloa Road, Simi Valley. The church, which has been in a warehouse at Madera and Easy Streets for over a decade, will now share the traditional stone building of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Pastor Tim Coleman said, "Ever since I became the pastor, I wanted our church to be located in a neighborhood where people can walk to church if they wanted. Here the kids can run and play and go home with grass stains on their jeans. We wanted to be more available to our community and here we can be."
Services are 10 a.m. Sunday mornings and 7 p.m. Thursday nights. For more information call (805) 527-0199 or visit www.calvarysimi.org.
