Westlake Village-based Educational Funding Solutions will present a free workshop titled "College Affordability Planning Night" at 7 p.m. Thurs., April 14 (repeated at 7 p.m. Wed., April 27) at Simi Valley Senior Citizens Center, 3900 Avenida Simi, Simi Valley. The workshop’s goal is to help parents understand the often complicated system of navigating the rules and regulations of college funding. It will explore financial aid availability, tax and cash flow strategies and more.
