If God didn’t take Dep. James Tutino immediately in the train crash, I believe he took his last breath while assisting other victims after the crash. It would have been a natural reflex for Dep. Tutino to put others first.

For his entire life of devotion to us, I believe he is now being cradled in the arms of the ultimate loving hero.

May God bless his family and the families of all our deputies who are always there for us—maybe when we take our very last breath.
