Courses in Adult, Child and Infant CPR with First Aid, including adult CPR and infant and child training with first aid, has been scheduled by the American Red Cross from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on two Saturdays, May 8 and May 22, at the Simi Valley Police Department, 3901 Alamo Street. (The cost is $60.)

A course in Adult CPR with First Aid will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sat., May 22, at the Dos Vientos Community Center, 4801 Borchard Road in Newbury Park. The course teaches rescuers how to treat cardiac and breathing emergencies, choking and first aid skills. (The cost is $50.)
