Women entrepreneurs to be honored

The Ventura County Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) will honor outstanding women in business at an 11:30 a.m. luncheon on Fri., May 14 at the Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo.

The organization’s Bravo Awards will give recognition to women who have excelled as the year’s education advocate, youth advocate, community advocate, trailblazer, corporate leader, woman business owner and emerging woman business owner.

Keynote speaker will be Jane

Arnault. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Smith College, Arnault is the founder of JurEcon, Inc., a nationwide consulting firm providing highly credentialed experts in economics, finance, accounting and law.

NAWBO is a national organization providing women entrepreneurs with resources and programs that positively impact their businesses.
