Channel Islands Harbor welcomes the eighth annual Celebration of the Whales Festival scheduled from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun., March 7 at Fisherman’s Wharf in Channel Islands Harbor, located on the corner of Channel Islands Boulevard and Victoria Avenue in Oxnard.

Whale-watching excursions will be offered throughout the day, in addition to free harbor tours aboard the Channel Islands Harbor Water Taxi.
